On the front panel, find the ';MENU'; button then press it and use the + - or channel or audio keys.. (there should be an + - printed above the controles) then use those to move up and down through the menu and once you get what you want press MENU again and see if that works for you.How can change my tv language withot remote?
go to radio schack and buy a universal remote they are cheap
