While various pieces of software are available that attempt to translate between (human) languages, they aren't very good.
You might be able to find one that plugs in to your email client, but it is very doubtful that you have one built in.
Given the quality of results you get from them, I'd suggest avoiding them if you are trying to write in a foreign language. The recipient might be able to deal with the original (untranslated) text better then whatever the translator spits out. If they cannot, then they can apply translation software at their end.
