How to change language in GTA 4?

so i obtained the Russian version of GTA 4, i was wondering is there any way to change the Language back to english? where do i go to change the language setting, it makes it harder since i don't know russianHow to change language in GTA 4?
depends what system you have.



EDIT- well I'm not sure about the PC, but they should have a language thing on the game. Just use a good Russian translator on your computer.
