You can go to Start %26gt;%26gt; Settings %26gt;%26gt; control panel %26gt;%26gt; regional and language options %26gt;%26gt; select the russian language and click apply.
Be careful to do that because if you do not understand Russian language to undo the process will be very complicated and do not do this to any of your friends even that you intend to do this as a joke.
