How to change language of Windows?

My windows is in english at the moment and i got told off bad by my parents as i formatted without their approval. But my friend didnt have the korean one so it is in english.

Anyone know how to get it working in korean??How to change language of Windows?
My guess is your clueless friend was NOT using the branded (HP, Dell...) “Windows Recovery disks” that came with your PC (yes, it did come with Windows disks). Instead, he used a Windows Installation disk from Microsoft, or, a Recovery disk from a different manufacturer, or worse, a “pirated copy”. This is the REAL problem, and, your friend is also very likely a ';Software Pirate';. Next time, don't let him touch your parent's PC, and RTFM.

Before you try to do anything else, and, assuming you haven't already formatted your hard drive and destroyed the manufacturer's hidden Recovery Partition, read the PC's User Manual to learn:

1. How to burn your very own Windows Recovery disks.

2. How to do a Back Up.

3. How to return your PC to ';Factory New'; condition, IN KOREAN.

TIP: If you already formatted your hard drive, order replacement Recovery disks from the PC manufacturer, by Model Number, and Windows version, that's where all the specific Device Drivers are.How to change language of Windows?
I am afraid you cannot do that. Reinstall it using a Korean disc.

When you select the language it actually says ';You cannot change this afterwards.
Actually, there are some additional language packs for some languages which can be installed after that. I've tried with Bulgarian one but unfortunately, I don't have any idea for Korean. Good luck though.
