Internet Explorer 7 MUI Pack - How To Change Language??

I downloaded and installed the ';Internet Explorer 7 MUI Pack'; on my computer, but I don't know how I can change the Internet Explorer UI to spanish. Can somebody help me with this??

Click Start, Control Panel, doubleclick Regional and Language Options. On the Languages tab, choose Spanish in the 'Language used in menus and dialogs' box, click Apply.



Changing the user interface language has the effect of displaying menus, dialogs and Help files in the specified language. Changes to the user interface language only become effective after logging off and logging on again.
