To change language and regional settings
The style in which numbers, currency, dates, and times are displayed
is specified in regional settings.
1. Tap Start %26gt; Settings %26gt; System tab %26gt; Regional Settings.
2. On the Region tab, select your region and language.
thats how that goes in english i dont know german but if you can find Settings then its pretty easy from there just look at the ICONS after you look at all the tabs ten if you see a GLOBE thats Regional Settings.
