My baby cousin managed to change the handset language of my Panasonic KX-TGA711E handset and now I have no idea how to change it back. I don't even know what language it's in :L

I think you have to change the language from the base unit. The model number you provided is for an additional handset for the base unit. Panasonic has user guides online.
