How do you change language in Windows XP?

I have a game that says it only works on simplified chinese operating systems. I used to be able to change it and it would work, but i don;t remember how, does anyone know?How do you change language in Windows XP?

Go to control panel, click on regional, and language.
Go to control panel...click on regional go to language select your language... congrats you got it

For XP,

1. Start %26gt; Control Panel

2. Set the Control Panel to Classic View

3. Click on Regional and Language Options

4. Click on Advanced (third tab in Reg%26amp;Lang window)

5. Click on the little arrow to see the full drop down menu of languages.

6. Choose the language you need and apply, then OK.

7. Restart comp for good measure.
