Go to HELP, then type LANGUAGE. Scroll down to the link LANGUAGE AND REGIONAL SETTINGS. Click this, and a box will appear, that allows you to choose the language. [Instead of typing the word language, you might have to use the Dutch word, which is TAAL]How do i change language on windows vista?
I think it's possible to change Vista language in Ultimate version only.

I bought Vista Ultimate 64 bit in english and, doing a simply update, i choose to download italian language. Now I've both language installed and i can chose which one i want to use.

When i was using Vista Home Premium it wasn't possible to download any of these ';language update';.

I think recovery-men did a bad work and installed wrong language of Vista. Maybe you should call'em... They will make the right kind of install next time for free. I hope so... ;P
