How do I change language back to English on a Printer?

I use a HP Color Laserjet 2700n Printer at work and whilst I have been away some idiot has managed to put the printer language onto something random (looks like chinese or something). Has anyone got any idea how I can change it back to english? Have tried to look at troubleshooting guide but that doesn't help.

Thanks for any ideas. How do I change language back to English on a Printer?
