How to change language from japanese to english in a Sony Cyber-Shot digital camera?

On my dsc-h2 it's in Menu %26gt;scroll to the right to Setup (last on the list) %26gt; scroll down to Setup 1 (toolbox icon) %26gt; click right on the wheel (flower icon) %26gt; scroll down to the third option (folder with an A icon) %26gt; click right again and look for English.

press the menu button

then press setup and there are 4 options on the left side

my cybershot has a suitcase like thing and it says 1 and when i get there it gives me the option to change the languages
