Change language setting in outlook express?

My Outlook exp. 6 has set it self in French, The language option has only french in as a option, how can I change it to English?Change language setting in outlook express?

Create a new mail message.

Step 2



Click on the ';Message'; tab at the top-left side in the ribbon at the top of your window.

Click on the downward pointing arrow under the ';Edit'; icon (it has a checkmark through the letters ABC and the word ';Spelling'; is written underneath), located at the top-right side in the ribbon at the top of the window.

Select the option ';Set Language.';

Scroll through the language options listed and select your desired language. Press ';OK'; if you'd like to use that language to edit one particular message. Select ';Default'; to change the language for the editing of all future messages.
