I have a hp laptop which was bought in turkey and is in the Turkish language, everything is in Turkish instead of start it says baslat but in the control panel everything is set in english so how can I chang the language to English? Its a hp laptop running on windows home xp please help even when it starts up it says something in Turkish when of says welcome in English can I change this? ThanksLaptop help change language?
