How do you change language?

i live in spain and using a spanish keyboard but after reinstalling windows the keyboard is in english so doesnt work how do i change it to spanishHow do you change language?
Go to the star menu -%26gt; select control panel.

In this menu, open the Regional and language options. From here, go to the 'languages' tab and click the 'details' button in the 'Text Services and input languages.'

A window will pop up, under 'installed services' click on the add button and select one of the Spanish languages. You now have the option to use a spanish style keyboard..all you have to do is set it as default. On the same 'Text Services and Input languages' window you will see the 'Default input language' section with a drop down selection. Click the drop-down and select Spanish. Apply, and you are done. Note: you may have to restart, and in some cases you might have to insert your windows cd in order to retrieve the information.How do you change language?
